7.6.2. Time Estimate

In conjunction with planning and assignment, the amount of time required to complete a story or task needs to be considered. The time estimate is expected to be made by the person who will complete the task. As individual assignments are estimated, iteration plans can become accurate. Of course, plans and estimates may change, so the time estimate for a task can be adjusted as necessary.
