[Topic] Creat report problem

Hello, i have a problem when creating the report, it said:

Attempt to insert null into a non-nullable column: INQUIRY_ID table: REPORT in statement [INSERT into REPORT

Is there anything i miss to setup or other possibility cause this?

Also, when i try to see Help > about Agile Track
it just pop-up a blank screen, is it correct?

"AgileTrack Version 1.2.0 Released"
OS (Windows xp, sp2)
Java platform (Standard edition 6 (build 1.6.0_07-b06)
